Fitness Boot Camp at McPherson Park


 
Session will begin Tuesday, September 4 - October 18, 2018

 
Get in shape "boot camp" style! In each class participants will perform exercises individually and as teams, focusing on muscular strength, flexibility, and muscular endurance. The emphasis is on both physical and mental improvement and each week builds upon the previous classes. The program is designed for all levels of fitness with workouts including body weight, cardiovascular endurance and core strength exercises. The classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30AM - 6:30AM. Meet at McPherson Park, 100 E. Park Avenue. The fee will be $85 per session with City Of Greenville residents fee $74.
